In addition to his private practice, focused on Civil, Immigration and Administrative matters, he held the following positions: Legal Manager of Real Estate Company, Business Manager in an International License Bank, Vice president of Credit in a General License bank, Consultant in an International Company (Finance and portfolio management) with work in Peru, Ecuador, Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Guatemala and Manager of Microcredit in Financing Institution.
KAREN DAGMAR FÁBREGA
Bachelor of Law and Political Sciences- University of Panama. Master’s Degree in Private Law with Specialization in Commercial Law – University of Panama. Diploma in Accusatory Criminal Law -ISAE University. – Institute of Legal Study and Research-INEJ Nicaragua.

Bachelor of Law and Political Science, Authorized Public Translator, member of the National Bar Association and the Panamanian Association of Translators and Interpreters (APTI).

She has more than 20 years of experience serving corporate clients and translating documents of legal, commercial, financial, maritime and tourism fields, among others.

A licensed social communicator, Michelle has over 15 years of experience as a real estate transaction advisor. She has worked as a sales manager for top-tier real estate developers in Panama and as a lead broker in prestigious international Real Estate franchises.
As a bilingual broker, she manages a broad portfolio of foreign clients with a particular interest in beach areas, country homes, and farms for real estate development opportunities.
MARIO ENRIQUE CHUEZ QUINTERO
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, awarded by the University of Panama, and Real Estate Broker License No. 2853-09.
He has 22 years of experience in the banking sector, working as an Advisor, Loan Officer, Credit Officer and Manager of Microcredits, Personal and Mortgage Loans. In addition, during the last 13 years he has worked as Real Estate Broker serving both national and international clients.
ITZELA MITZILA MOLLAH
Bachelor of Administration and Management. Bilingual.
She has 15 years of experience in the service sector as Sales Agent of real estate and rental equipment. She has been a Sales and Customer Service Manager, for over 14 years, in charge of mobility and relocation services for expatriates of important corporations, gaining the necessary experience and communication channels to satisfy diverse requirements, such as opening bank accounts, insurance policies, school selection for minors and purchase of vehicles.
In addition, in recent years she has been working as a Real Estate Broker, serving both national and international clients.
SUJUN DING
Bachelor in English Language from South China University.
With ten years of residence in Panama, she worked at the Chinese Consulate managing document validation for use in China. For the past six years, she has served as an executive translator, providing translation and interpretation services in English and Chinese for companies, institutions, and individuals.

Digital Marketing Specialist. With solid experience in marketing and advertising, she develops digital strategies focused on social media, brand positioning, and content management. Her work boosts the company’s online presence through creative campaigns, management of digital platforms, and optimization of visual communication.
ZULEIKA PINO
Zuleika Pino has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, having developed her career as a commercial manager in banking. She currently serves as a business administrator within the company, where she leads operational and strategic management, supports key decision-making, and ensures the smooth functioning of internal processes.
MARIE GARANCE NICAISE
Of French nationality, Marie Garance Nicaise is a translator and cultural liaison specializing in the Francophone market. Her mastery of the language and deep understanding of the commercial and cultural practices of France and other French-speaking countries enable effective communication with clients and investors, strengthening our international relations and negotiations.
She has held senior management positions in various organizations, where she has led strategic and international cooperation processes. She holds two master’s degrees, including one in Social Engineering, with a specialization in project management in the social field.
